Aligned for Vitality
Yoga and Self Care

Vitality is defined as exuberant physical strength and mental vigor; the capacity for survival or continuation of a purposeful and meaningful existence; and the power to live or grow. It carries with it the idea of glowing health. There are many simple and easy things which can be done to support one's vitality.

Aligned for Vitality offers
• Increased awareness of grounding and feet/pelvic floor connections
• Increased awareness of the breath and vital life energy (chi/prana) flow in the body
• Ways to awaken and strengthen core muscles of postural support
• Awareness of compensation patterns & habitual/inefficient ways of moving
• “Pre-yoga” techniques to improve alignment and muscle recruitment patterns.
• A focus on self-acceptance and awareness in the practice
• Tips on structuring your home yoga practice, and more!

PLEASE NOTE: Classes are NOT intended to replace medical care or give medical advice.
Intermediate/Advanced Aligned for Vitality Classes (Virtual format)
Intended for those who want to delve deep into the Aligned for Vitality principles.
Classes are held 2:00 to 3:30 PM on select Mondays.
The fee is $100 in advance for 8 classes. That works out to $12.50 per class. You are responsible for tracking your attendance and can choose which weeks you want to attend.
